What you will be doing

You will be responsible for providing a variety of tasks to assist the customer service and sales agents in the office.

Answer billing questions and take payments from clients.

Processing documents, data entry and light phone activity.

You’ll be responsible for completing a variety of office projects with differing degrees of urgency and difficulty.

You have the desire and ability to not be micromanaged. The Ideal candidates will be people who are self-starters and self-directed.

Have integrity and a strong work ethic.

Are proficient in standard MS office programs and can demonstrate such abilities.
