What you will be doing
-
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency, managing team members, and driving insurance production and profitability (Bookkeeping, payroll, directly hiring or firing team members are not a part of the responsibilities of this role)

You will be responsible, as an individual producer, for policy count and revenue growth through prospecting, quoting, and closing
We’d like to hear from you if you

Experience running an agency, being a producer or high-level office manager with similar roles as described above.

Have integrity and a strong work ethic

Have the desire to and ability help train and develop others

Feel you have a belief in the products we represent and want to make and important impact in our clients’ lives

Are proficient in standard MS office programs, Salesforce, other CRMs, hosting and conducting Zoom meetings

If you have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Have a high level of attention to detail

Bi-lingual in Spanish or Hmong is always a plus

Candidates must have a P & C license and/ or Life and Health license, as both will be ultimately required in this position.
